Nearly 94,000 Educators One Shared Commitment to Excellence

The MTA is proud to include nearly 94,000 preK-12 educators among its membership. They represent a profession that is critical to the economic, social and educational strength of Massachusetts, a leader in public education nationally. Our teachers are committed to making sure that their students get access to the schools they deserve, and the MTA is here to provide them with the support they need to succeed as professionals.

Make the Difference

PreK–12 educators need and deserve fair salaries and benefits. We need and deserve workplaces that respect who we are and the vital work we do for our students. We need and deserve a real voice to demand change. Together, let’s redefine the workplace
