Mass Child Grant Application

Please use this form to apply for standard grants, wellness grants and reading grants.

Every MTA preK-12 local association can apply for funds from all of the available grant programs throughout the school year up to the maximum permissible amounts. Please use separate forms for each type of grant. Every application must include receipts.
