Education Support Professionals

The MTA's preK-12 Education Support Professionals play critically important roles in our public schools, providing individual and small-group instruction. They are the backbone of our schools—keeping students safe, healthy, supported, and ready to learn. Imagine a single day without ESPs: our schools simply couldn’t run. It’s time to recognize their vital role and stand with them!
