Personnel Selection Team

Board and Executive Committee members review, interview, and recommend candidates for management and professional staff positions.

Made up of members on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee, the Personnel Selection Team interviews and recommends candidates for management and professional staff positions. An annual training program is required under the Hiring Policy. Reviews documentation related to candidates recommended by the hiring manager. Interviews recommended candidates.

Recommends a candidate for approval by the Executive Committee or Board of Directors as appropriate for the position vacancy.
