Dear MTA members,

We are very sorry to report that one of our beloved staff members, Taylor Brennan, died suddenly last week. Taylor was most recently the regional manager of the Central and Western regional offices, guiding the work of field representative-organizers and regional organizers for dozens of locals. But he was with the MTA for more than two decades (and before that with the Massachusetts Nurses Association) and worked in every region across the state. There was perhaps no other staff person who was known by more members and locals than Taylor. He was always a champion for our members and for public education. His loss is a profound one for our union and for all who knew him.

Here's a link to Taylor's obituary.

In solidarity,
Max and Deb
