All Education Support Professionals should be paid a living wage. No ESP should get a "zero-dollar paycheck" because of health insurance costs. ESPs need adequate supplies, fully staffed programs, job security, and safe and healthy workplaces. ESPs deserve respect and a strong voice in their schools and colleges.
