The 2026 MTA ESP of the Year Award is a fantastic opportunity to recognize an individual who exemplifies the professionalism, creativity and dedication of the public education profession. The award is open to ESPs who work in preK-12 and higher education. Nominations are now open and will be collected through Dec. 15, 2025.
